Today I am sharing how I plan our meals throughout the week. Meal planning is very helpful when visiting the grocery store so you can know exactly what to buy. It also makes serving meals easier since you’ve already preplanned everything. No more scrambling to figure out what to serve for dinner. All you need is a notebook and a bit of time to plan out your families’ meals for the week.
Kimchi Bliss Bowls
- 3 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
- Heaping 1/4 c kimchi
- 3 Persian cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 1 1/2 c thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 1/2 avocado sliced
- 24 oz Marinated Tempeh baked or grilled
- 1 cup peanut sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Micro greens
Marinated Baked Tempeh
- 2 (8 oz) package tempeh
- 1/2 c coconut aminos
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp sriracha
- Cayenne
