Happy Thursday lovelies! Today I want to share with you 5 habits that I think every feminine woman should develop. These habits can easily be incorporated into your daily lifestyle with very little effort, but they are so rewarding. Get your beauty rest
Make an effort to go to bed early and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I know this isn’t easy to do sometimes, but it is so worth it. You’ll be well rested reducing the appearance of dark circles, less likely to get sick, and a good nights sleep will improve your mood overall.
Set aside extra “beauty” time for yourself daily
This habit ties into the previous one. When you go to sleep early you will tend to get up earlier which will allow you to have more time to get ready. You can use this extra time to put on makeup, take a long bath or shower, or do anything that makes you feel good before beginning your day.
Keep your space pretty & tidy
A clean beautiful space is a major mood booster. Clutter and disarray can sour anyone’s mood, so make it a habit to keep your space tidy. Put items away as soon as your done with them to prevent clutter from building up.
Decorate your space in your favorite colors and with items that reflect your feminine self. Think of your space as your feminine sanctuary from the world, where you can relax and do the things you love!
Become more self aware and teach yourself to smile more. When you smile it automatically boosts your mood and it’s very contagious. You’d be surprised how much of an impact a sweet and gentle smile can have on someones day!
This also ties into the previous habit. Smiling as well as sharing kindness will also make you feel good. You will radiate positive energy and believe me it will show. Encourage others and compliment, other women. Not only will this boost their confidence and give you those oh so good feels you might even make some new friends too!
